Elliott Sadler wins the Pocono Mountains 125
Its great to see Elliott Sadler back in Victory Lane in a National series!!!!! Hopefully RCR, SHR, Phoenix Racing, or any Chevrolet team can have a seat open in the Cup series for him!!

I see him going to Red Bull Racing with Speed being kicked out of the 82. Don't think any of those teams you just listed are willing to give him a seat without seeing if he can still perform.

I think he'll go to a Chevrolet team though because of what he's been doing at KHI and what I hope he can do at JR Motorsports.

While he has done some wonderful stuff in Harvick and Jr's equipment(don't think he's even tore the car up at all when he has driven so far), I wouldn't necessarily rule out a Chevy only team. By that same definition, Kasey Kahne's Sprint car team as well as his Truck and ARCA car should've have been Fords as well as the Nationwide team he drove for instead of Toyotas. Lets not forget that he had been in dodge for years and at the start of his career, he was in Ford (like he is now). I certainly can't see Pheonix Racing picking him up since we all know they are out after 2010 (or was the team on sale, not sure) and Rick Hendrick has no more room (so I believe) for another Driver after Kahne. The nearest chevy team that may pick him up is TRG but even then, thats assuming their hendrick association doesn't extend to the drivers they put in the car.

There were rumors that Phoenix Racing was for sale but I saw an interview with James Finch and he said his team is not for sale and he wants to work a deal with Rick Hendrick to get Kassey Kahne in the 09 for next year.

If Finch is going to get Kasey, he's got to step up his program. And believe me when I say sponsorship money alone isn't going to help.
I still say Sadler's going to wind up at Red Bull. Scott Speed hasn't done anything since he stepped into the 82 and, though Sadler hasn't won since 04(?) he's still a race winner, and that counts for something.
I should draw up a silly season prediction chart or something.
